Tea Time

There is something about making or ordering and consuming a cup of tea, coffee, hot cocoa, or other restorative beverage that is very comforting. This is an integral part of my own self care routine. The act of choosing a beverage forces you to reflect on how you are feeling in that moment, like a mini self check in. I often end up picking a beverage based on that self assessment.

To quote one of my favorite books of all time:

“It is the choosing that is important.”

The Giver, by Lois Lowry

*Because tea is a dehydrate, most tea will reduce bloating.
